All cancellations must be completed 48 hours prior to arrival. Failure to cancel a reservation within cancellation guidelines will result in a charge for 1 night stay including tax.

Smoking in a room, on the balcony or in a hallway will result in a $300 penalty fee. Unattended pets are not allowed at any time. Failure to register a pet will result in a $250 penalty fee. All cancellations must be completed 48 hours prior to arrival. Failure to cancel a reservation within cancellation guidelines will result in a charge for 1 night stay including tax. No refund will be given for checking out early. Any stolen or damaged linens and towels will be charged to your room after checkout. Stayover room service is only done upon request at the front desk. There will be a $100 hold placed on all debit cards. Paying with cash will require a $200 cash deposit. MANAGEMENT ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURY, THEFT OR ANY LOSS DUE TO ANY CAUSE.
